Our 4-week Beginner Reformer Pilates course is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to refine your technique, this course is perfect for you.
In this progressive program, you’ll learn the core principles of Pilates, including proper alignment, breathing techniques, and the use of the Reformer machine to increase stability and strength. Each class is structured to help you gradually build your confidence, strength, and flexibility while minimizing the risk of injury.
