Absolutely! Our classes are open to everyone, regardless of fitness & reformer experience. We recommend taking a look at our Meet The Team page to get an idea of what to expect in each of our teachers classes.

Wear comfortable, clean gym clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid overly loose items to prevent them from catching on the machine. Classes are conducted barefoot, so you’ll need to remove your shoes, we advise you to wear Pilates grip socks.

Our classes accommodate up to 7 participants, ensuring small group sizes that allow our experienced instructors to provide personalised attention to each individual.

The studio offers a changing area and toilets. We also have waters and grip socks for sale in studio.

There is a car park opposite the studio behind the Harvester which is £1 per hour.
